What is the minimum amount of shirts that I can order?
We prefer that all orders are a minimum of 100 shirts and a minimum reorder of 50 shirts. Be sure to check out our price sheet for price breaks when ordering larger amounts of shirts.
What is your standard turn-around time for orders?
The standard turn-around time for orders is 7-10 business days. If your event is within 7 days, we can do express orders in which you would only be responsible for the price of expedited shipping.
What kind of free shipping do you offer?
At Standard Screen Printing, we cover the price of Standard Ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship for free to Alaska or Hawaii.
I would like to order shirts, but I do not have a design made. How much would it cost for your artists to make a design from scratch?
Here at Standard Screen Printing, our artists provide free artwork for your orders. We contact you about any ideas you have, create a design, and then provide you with a proof of your shirts usually within 24 hours. From there, we work with you on making any changes you desire until you are satisfied with the final design. Be sure to check out our artwork page for some examples of designs we have made or worked on in the past. Our free design services are only offered with your t-shirt order. If I have the artwork for my order already designed, what formats would work best for your artists?
The artists at Standard Screen Printing work in Vector format, so files such as .AI, .EPS, and .PDF are the preferred file types. The better quality of graphic we receive, the faster service we can provide. Also, if you have a specific color in your design that you need to have printed, such as a Pantone color, be sure to include that information when sending over the graphics.
What if I wanted to print on both the front and back of a shirt? How much more would that cost?
At Standard Screen Printing, our prices include a free one-color print for the opposite side of the main graphic of your shirts. If you would like multiple colors on both sides of the shirt, feel free to give us a call and we would gladly give you a price quote for your design.
Can I cancel my order at any time during the ordering process?
If we have already made up your artwork and sent you proofs, and we have already ordered your shirts, you would be unable to cancel your order at that point. You would be unable to cancel your order without incurring restocking fees.
